After 3 days of waiting, my agents are finally able to take calls today. It was tiring and a bit stressful for I didn’t know what to do for them and every time they ask me a question, I find myself asking a tenured agent or our trainer before I answer the agents. Talk about being helpless!
Although, I wasn’t able to do any admin tasks today since I had to be visible to my team on their first day of taking calls, I was able to handle a call towards the end of the shift. It was nerve wrecking! It felt like ages since I last handled a call. Damn! I was so nervous and my body turned cold. But I had to be confident and brave for some of my agents were listening while I take the call. Hays!!! Talk about pressure. Whoahhh!!! Good thing I was able to activate the service and everything went well. Whew! I will be taking calls again tonight for an hour while my team is not around. Hope everything will go as planned.
