Yes, same scenario here yesterday. I'm also working somewhere in IT park. Normally, it only takes me about 20 minutes from home to work but yesterday was a torture. I was late for 38 minutes also. Someone needs to do something about the traffic within Waterfront, Same thing happened when there was a concert there last Decemeber. Yep, i love Cebu and I love Sinulog but i really hope the government can vision how worst traffic will be in the next 5 years... Oh well, let's just hope that theyll figure out how to minimize this problem not only next year but like.. forever. eheheh Drifting to dreamland now... Can't wait for tomorrow's festival.
