The work that we do…

   Posted by: michy   in General

We were talking last week about the work that we do in the call center industry and one of my colleagues open up on her experiences in one of the call centers in Cebu.  She said that their client which is a big retail store in the States would normally ship products to their customers.  And they would ship it based on which shipping company the customer chose.  And get this, if the customer chose to ship the item through the cheap one, if the product gets lost, it’s no longer the responsibility of  the company.  Meaning if it gets lost, the company has no responsibility to replace it or what so ever.  Sheeshhh… Imagine how many sup calls will that be.  Scary.  If I am the customer I’d definitely hope and pray that if I place an order online that company has a good order fulfillment policy or else, I would stop shopping online all together.

I will be going to Ruvi Cave today to celebrate the principal’s brithday!  Hehehe… I will try to swim in the pool without the presence of my swimming instructor.  Nyahaha… I hope we’ll have a great time today.  I will be spending time with her friends today.  Friends that I only talk to at work.  Hmmm…. I wonder how the day will turn out.

Not musically inclined…

   Posted by: michy   in General

Growing up, people around me don’t consider me as a musically inclined person. Well they’re right for I’m a bit of a deaf tone. Hehehe… But that never stopped me from liking music. I love to listen to music and sing every now and then. Although, what they said about me being a deaf tone did affect me by losing my confidence in singing in front of other people, I still sing along to my favorites songs when I am alone. I also tried learning to play musical instruments like the guitar, the drums and of course the piano. I even consider myself lucky for when I was kid, I met some friends who taught me how to play piano.   Although, our sessions would mean going over the fence of two houses afterwards for their parents would arrive and they don’t want to see other people in their house. Come to think of it, it was kinda funny for we would actually go through all the trouble just to get some time to play together. Tsk, tsk, tsk… Kids!
