Time Management.  This is probably the worst skill that I have.  I don’t know how others do it but I can’t seem to finish everything on time.    But I guess it goes back to one’s discipline.  If one will create a schedule and made sure to follow it to finish the tasks that are needed to be done then one can really finish the things that are needed to be done.  This is technically my 3rd day of the month and so far I have accomplished a lot more compared to the accomplishments I had in 2 weeks in the previous months.  I guess having a schedule or a list of the things that I needed to do then I can finish all of my tasks by the end of the month.  I just hope though that we will be able to sustain the achievements that we had last month.  Imagine our Customer Service survey is at 67% (team level) which is above the target.  I am so happy!  And the great news is, most of the members of the team have a green scorecard!  Yey!
