Like what I mentioned a few days back, I will be going to Alegre Beach Resort in Sogod, Cebu this weekend for the White Belt Six Sigma training for our company. I went there last Saturday and left for Cebu City Sunday. I am so glad that I went there for now I understand the Six Sigma process better. Maybe it’s because I had attended a training on it before and I got to apply it to a Six Sigma initiative. I’m not sure but Marion did explain the processes well so now I have an idea on how I can help one of my agents who had a very high AHT. Alegre is beautiful, the rooms were big and the bathroom was the talk of the group. It was big and has a bath tab that faces the door of the washroom that looks so inviting everytime you face that direction. The area is huge but very well maintained. The crew are friendly and greet their guests when they pass by. I even had to say good morning 20 times yesterday while I was walking around the resort. The area is around 4 hectares so you will really get a good execrcise by just taking a walk around the area. Imagine I walked for almost 2 hours and still I was not able to check out the whole place. I was just able to check out the beach front, their aqua sports area and located their SPA. I was not even able to take a dip in the beach that was so clean and beautiful. Just to give you a picture of how big the place is, when we arrived there, we didn’t see other people that we even thought that we were the only guests but when lunch came, there were poeple in the pavilion. Same goes with our group. We went there along with 29 other colleagues and I only met most of them when we have our meals in the pavilion which served great tasting meals. In fact in all of the places that we went to for seminars and meetings which included the Plantation Bay, Vistamar, Cebu Beach Club, Water Front and Park Lane, their food was by far the best that I have had. And the one that really stood out was their Leche Flan. It was so good that I felt euphoria the second the thing touched my tongue. Maybe when the time comes, I will go back there and work there. I wonder if working there will give me the same feeling when I went there to visit. But I think the company is a good company to work for since I met the assistant chef who told me that he had worked there for 17 years. Imagine that!

I watched Ghost Whisperer of Jeniffer Love Hewitt (season 1 and 2) and I finished it last Thursday (which is why I went to Hiatus Weng) and it made me wonder. Do ghosts really exist? Or are there people who can really see ghosts or are they just being delusional? Huff! I guess I could never know the answer to that question! Cause even if somebody will come up to me and say that they can see ghosts, I can never prove it for I can’t see ghosts or spirits or the dead.
Now I remember the night when Lorelie asked me to accompany her to their room in Alegre Beach resort because there might be ghosts there I told her that I know there’s none for I can’t see one. But I accompanied her anyway because she’ll be alone in the room and we wouldn’t know when her room mate will arrive.
The miracle of Risek!
Risek is a brand for a drug whose generic name is Omeprazole which was prescribed by my doctor for my gastrointiritis. And what wonders it does for me. My stomach was aching yesterday due to missing a meal which made me miss work (and what I missed a lot of them) but now I feel like I’m brand new… I am now ready for work later.
I talked to my mom today, and she said she felt lonely the other day because she misses me and my brother. It has been over a year since I went home and boy, how I miss her as well. I hope the time will come when I can just drop all that I am doing and go see her and my dad.

Am sick… Huhuhu
Just as I’ve thought! My stomach ached! Huhuhu… Now I’m home instead of the office. Now I’m convinced that I can no longer miss a meal. And now I’m convinced that I there’s something wrong with my digestive system. I already took Risek, an omeprazole drug for gastrointiritis but am still not feeling well. Huhuhu… Now, I missed one day of work and I was on vacation last week. I hope that somebody’s looking after my team.
Fourth post of the day!
3 posts today! No make this as the 4rth one! If you would consider this as a post. Told you I’m becoming addicted to this activity… Yes my dear brother! I’m going to sleep now. Gosh!
Hey doc, I’m back!
By the way, I forgot to eat lunch earlier during my shift. So I worked for nine hours without eating. no, correction, 11 hours without eating. I got too caught up with what I was doing that finally I realized I run out of time to eat lunch. Tsk! Great! I’m sure I will be getting a stomach ache later. My last meal was 7:45PM last night and I ate at around 10:30AM today. Wow, and I was trying to prevent my gastritis to develop into an ulcer. Dr. Rodrigo Go, my internal medicine doctor in Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu will be very happy when he sees me back in his care. Great! and one of his reminders was to not miss a single meal…
Alegre here I come!
The management team will be going to Alegre, Cebu on the 26th of July 2008 to get a White Belt certification for Six Sigma. I am very excited for I will be going to see another side of Cebu. However, I feel a bit sad for I won’t be able to post new blogs for 2 freaking days. Huhuhu… I wonder what will do there. Although the people who will be going there are fun to be with, the reason that we will be going there is work. We may have some time off but I won’t be able to determine how much time off we’ll get. I wonder how will I pass the time… Ah, I’ll just bring some books and my brother’s mp3 player since he offered to lend it to me and hmmm…. Of course my Sony k700i to satisfy the photographer side of me. I’ll take some pictures and post it here in this site and probably write a thing or two about my experience there. hehehe…
Yes, am an addict!
I never liked the idea of writing my thoughts. Because I was afraid that writing my thoughts down will show my vulnerabilities. But I guess I got caught up with the blogging fever so I tried it out. I never expected that I will love writing things down. It’s only been a couple of months since I started blogging but I became addicted to it. When I get home from work, my mind wants me to sit in front of the computer and typing the ideas that I have in mind. This is becomiing an addiction for me and I have to learn how to control it. For I am human and I do need to get some rest like everybody else. Wahhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! No matter how I try, I really can’t help it. Maybe I should stop looking at my computer’s direction so I won’t get tempted to even turn it on.
Like what I have mentioned before, we send out emails to one another at work to help us destress. I know this one is a bit of a cliche but I can’t help myself from posting this on my site for it really made me laugh.
Jesus and Satan were having an ongoing argument about who was better on his computer. They had been going at it for days, and God was tired of hearing all of the bickering. Finally God said, “Cool it. I am going to set up a test that will run two hours and I will judge who does the better job.”
So down Satan and Jesus sat at the keyboards and typed away. They moused.
They did spreadsheets. They wrote reports. They sent faxes. They sent e-mail. They sent out e-mail with attachments. They downloaded. They did some genealogy reports. They made cards. They did every known job. But ten minutes before their time was up, lightning suddenly flashed across the sky, thunder rolled, the rain poured and, of course, the electricity went off. Satan stared at his blank screen and screamed every curse
word known in the underworld. Jesus just sighed.
The electricity finally flickered back on, and each of them restarted their computers. Satan started searching frantically, screaming “It’s gone! It’s all gone! I lost everything when the power went out!”
Meanwhile, Jesus quietly started printing out all of his files from the past two hours. Satan observed this and became irate. “Wait! He cheated, how did he do it?” God shrugged and said, “Jesus saves.”
